BRACNet Limited, a leading ISP and IT services provider in Bangladesh, needed a fully integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to automate and centralize their internal operations. The primary goal was to enhance visibility, efficiency, and control across departments such as sales, inventory, procurement, finance, HR, and customer support through a unified digital platform accessible via web and mobile.

We were responsible for designing and developing a custom, end-to-end ERP solution tailored to BRACNet’s specific operational workflows. Our contributions included: 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Built a scalable, modular backend using Laravel, enabling flexible management of various ERP modules including Sales, HR, Finance, Procurement, Inventory, and CRM. 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻: Utilized PostgreSQL to implement a highly structured and secure relational database architecture optimized for complex data relationships and real-time reporting. 𝗠𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗔𝗽𝗽 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Developed a companion mobile app using Flutter, allowing on-the-go access to dashboards, approvals, inventory updates, and task management. 𝗨𝘀𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Implemented advanced user roles and permissions for secure access to department-specific data and features. 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Integrated automated approval flows, task assignments, alerts, and escalations to reduce manual effort and ensure operational consistency. 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹-𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: Built dynamic dashboards and custom reporting tools for management to track KPIs and make data-driven decisions.

The ERP system significantly transformed BRACNet’s day-to-day operations by eliminating manual processes and centralizing information.
