Teletalk, a government-owned mobile network operator in Bangladesh, aimed to create a centralized, reliable, and user-friendly online platform for publishing and managing all government job circulars, applications, and exam notices. Their goal was to streamline the recruitment process for various government departments while ensuring accessibility for millions of job seekers across the country.

Our team was responsible for the full-stack development and successful deployment of the platform. Key contributions included: 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Built a scalable and secure RESTful API using Node.js, ensuring efficient handling of large user traffic and sensitive application data. 𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Developed a modern, responsive UI using React, providing an intuitive and seamless experience for job seekers on both desktop and mobile devices. 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Designed and optimised relational data models using PostgreSQL, supporting fast queries and maintaining data integrity across job applications and user records. 𝗨𝘀𝗲𝗿 & 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻 𝗗𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀: Created dynamic dashboards for users, admins, and government departments to monitor applications, publish circulars, and generate reports. 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 & 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲: Implemented robust authentication, role-based access control, and caching strategies to ensure data security and high performance under heavy traffic.

The platform has been a massive success and is currently one of the most visited government portals in Bangladesh.
