LafargeHolcim Limited required a custom digital solution to streamline their logistics and transport management system for distributing cement from the factory to various stores and distribution points. The goal was to create an efficient, transparent, and automated e-auction platform where registered transporters could bid for delivery assignments, ensuring timely dispatches, cost-effectiveness, and operational control.

We delivered a full-featured web and mobile-based e-auction system tailored to LafargeHolcim’s logistics operations. Our key contributions included: 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Developed a robust backend using Laravel, managing bidding workflows, transporter registration, delivery scheduling, and auction lifecycle. 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻: Implemented a secure and scalable MySQL database to track transport bids, routes, delivery records, and user activities. 𝗠𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗔𝗽𝗽 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Built cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter, enabling transporters to receive auction alerts, place bids, and manage their assignments on the go. 𝗪𝗲𝗯 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗹: Designed a responsive and intuitive web interface for admins and logistics teams to create auctions, monitor activity, and generate reports. 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻 𝗗𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱: Created a powerful dashboard for managing transporters, reviewing bids, assigning deliveries, and analyzing auction performance.
